WARRANTY & RETURNS
All returns must be approved by Midwest and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All costs associated with the return of a product must be incurred by the customer unless it can be determined that it was the cause of Midwest. A return authorization form must be completed by the customer with an authorization number. If a package and or product is damaged or lost in the process of shipping by Midwest, the customer must cooperate with any investigation by the shipper and wait for a replacement while the claim is completed. It will be the responsibility of the customer to process all claims to the shipper that was chosen by the customer if their returned package and or product is damaged or lost in the return process to Midwest.
